Terms of service

1. The service
ClipCost Tracker ("the Service") collects job metadata from your ComfyUI installations via a collector you run, and displays cost estimates, budgets and alerts in a web dashboard. The Service is provided for production planning purposes.
2. Plans
- Free: 1 ComfyUI instance, the most recent 100 jobs, basic cost statistics and manual GPU pricing.
- Pro (USD $12 per month): up to 5 instances, extended job history, project budgets, workflow cost rankings, anomaly alerts, CSV export and budget-overrun reminders.
Pro access is currently granted as a one-time purchase of 30 days of Pro features via PayPal. It is not an auto-renewing subscription; when the period ends, your account returns to Free unless you purchase again. Recurring billing will be offered only after it is clearly labeled as such.
3. Cost figures are estimates, not invoices
All cost numbers in the Service are computed from job execution time multiplied by the GPU hourly price you configure (plus any idle-cost allocation method you select). They do not represent your actual cloud or electricity bill, which depends on provider pricing rules, billing granularity, storage and other factors we cannot observe. Where data is incomplete (restarts, collector gaps) or attribution is ambiguous (concurrent jobs, multi-GPU), figures are explicitly marked as estimates.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the machines you run ComfyUI and the collector on, including their security.
- The collector is read-only: it does not execute, cancel or modify ComfyUI jobs by default. You should review its configuration before running it.
- Keep your collector tokens secret; a token can write job data to your account only (it cannot manage the account).
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipCost Tracker's total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
6. Termination and data deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings; all associated data is then removed as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service (for example, sustained invalid collector traffic).
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for material changes and will announce significant changes in the dashboard or by email where available. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
